So first the pro things: -So the processing and booking was relatively simple and without any problems -The prices are reasonable for Berlin in any case -Location is quite good, therefore bus and subway can be reached quickly and easily Cons: - As you know, you can argue about cleanliness, but you could make a little more effort here -In terms of furnishings on a very discreet, rather old level, no money has been invested for a long time, as it seems, the inventory seems a bit thrown together. -Heating in the main room of the room did not work. Conclusion: completely okay for a few nights, not the domicile of my choice for a relaxing holiday

We are really satisfied that it is a pension. Nice staff & clean rooms.

Inexpensive and clean. But unfortunately also very noisy, uncomfortable, and the reception is only sporadically staffed, which unfortunately can lead to longer waiting times.

Absolutely OK. We were there for a few days and felt comfortable. Clean rooms and attentive cleaning staff. Of course, the decor reminds us of the 80s, but that somehow appealed to us. I would recommend this hotel and would book it again for a longer weekend at any time when I am in Berlin.

Absolutely fair value for money for a few days. Room was clean, housekeeping reliable, it was very quiet and not badly soundproofed, breakfast was also good (note price !!!), staff very helpful with questions and requests, the location good. But I also prefer hotels with charm, history that are run by real people. Sure, it has rough edges, but I would recommend and book again.

Great place for resting. Big rooms, comfortably beds, a complete selection for breakfast with bread, jam, cheese, yogurt, coffee and juice. Great if you want to rest with tranquility, but not too great if you’re looking social activities or meeting other guests.

Very nice and smiling and helpful staff, and respecting privacy. Cool! Plus very good breakfasts at an affordable price - it's worth spending an extra 5 euros. I will definitely come back here if I ever get a chance again!

Very fine, clean, with a vibe. It is possible to buy a buffet breakfast for 5 euros. Super close to the metro station, perfect for the weekend!

Cosy little hotel in a great location. Well worth the price. The only thing worth complaining is its quite noisy, as the building is very old. They have recently renovated so the rooms look even better then before. Everything is clean and nice.

No Wi-Fi. Old and not so clean furniture. Breakfast is OK but includes no more than cheese and jams. Would recommend only for 1 or 2 nights. Staff could be more polite as well.

Small private hotel. Located near the center. The metro is very close, it is convenient. The staff speaks Russian. The rooms are simple, without frills, which is offset by an adequate price. There is no noise, since there are no large avenues nearby. There are many restaurants in the area for every taste. Slow Internet.

I like it - yes, I know that rooms/bathrooms could be bigger, furniture coul be newer etc. etc. BUT it is 1 minute from metro station, breakfasts are delicious and staff is very friendly. More pros than cons ;-)

The location is very good, right next to the metro station, as well as two large grocery stores (Aldi and Edeka). The staff is good and responsive. Nearby are the zoo, KaDeWe store and the ruined church, which can be reached on foot. The surrounding area is quiet. Breakfast is monotonous but delicious, quality and there is always enough. The rooms are bright, clean, comfortable, with comfortable beds. There was always hot water and the heating worked. These are just recommendations, are not serious problems and can be easily solved: -Pillows can be better; -to place a mosquito net (insect net) on the window; - the toilet door should be locked from the inside (a key or a reamer should be placed); -better internet connection (speed is good, but often you can't connect). -The electrical outlets are loose and do not make good contact with a phone charger.

Smells and no aircon rooms are very bad.

Clean room, generally lack of bathroom things. For breakfast you have to go outside, there's no fresh vegetables, no sweets, really poor meal.

I think they really deserve it. Hotel-Pension, as explained to us without stars. There is no refrigerator / minibar in the room (there is reception), a TV only in German, several English stations (we did not have time to watch TV, but maybe someone important), bad sleeping pads, not really sleep-friendly. A page in the room. All things are very reasonable. Breakfast is definitely adequate, clean rooms are arranged every day, towels are replaced as needed, Personal speaks Russian and everyone is very generous. The most important thing - up to the metro 3 minutes walk to any direction in Berlin. There are two writers around, restaurants. recommended!

Hotel plný štěnic! Hotel voller Bettwanzen! Hotel full of bed bugs! Hôtel plein de punaises de lit! Hotel pieno di cimici! Hotel lleno de chinches! 12. listopadu jsme spali jednu noc v pokoji č. 17. Ráno jsme objevili 5 štěnic, máme asi 30 štípanců, velmi nepříjemná zkušenost! Personál nepodniká žádné kroky i přes upozornění. Čtete další recenze! Am 12. November haben wir eine Nacht in Zimmer Nr. 17 verbracht. Am Morgen fanden wir 5 Bettwanzen, siehe Fotos. Wir haben mit meinen Mann, jeder von uns, etwa 30 Bits, das ist unerträglich! Ich weise ausdrücklich darauf hin, dass Sie die Bettwanzen zu Ihnen nach Hause bringen können !!! Das Hotel ergreift trotz Bekanntmachung keine Maßnahmen. On November 12, we slept for one night in Room No. 17. In the morning we found 5 bugs, see photos. We have my husband, every one of us, about 30 hairpin, it's unbearable! Tenemos a mi esposo, cada uno de nosotros, alrededor de 30 horquilla, ¡es insoportable! ¡¡¡Señalo firmemente que puedes traer las chinches a tus hogares !!! A pesar de los avisos, el hotel no realiza ninguna acción.

stayed here during the lollapalooza festival good location to tube station but found staff very abrupt and unfriendly there's nowhere to keep your luggage upon arrival and God help you if you arrive before check in time defo wouldn't stay here again

Old, romantic hostel with creaking floors, clean room, nice staff, good breakfast!

Staff was a bit unfriendly, rooms are nice, the typical old Berlin style with very high rooms. It's basically a flat turned into a hotel, so it's not well insulated considering noise from the hallway. I didn't mind much, but it's nothing for somebody who needs absolute silence. Breakfast was very simple.

BEDBUGS! Terrible hotel. We had a reservation for two nights and had to leave on the first night cause we found a lot of BEDBUGS. And they don't care! We came back the next morning to get a refund of our stay (cause who wants to sleep with BEDBUGS?), and the receptionist was rude, zero sympathetic, and at the beginning refused to reimburse us for our stay. I would NEVER go back to that place.

Door that really couldn't be locked and bed bugs. Don't go here.

A hotel which does not really deserve the name hotel. The room worn and sparsely decorated, the bathroom is not a bathroom but a toilet with shower and sink (cleanliness was however given). The included breakfast is also more than poor. All in all, the price-performance ratio is not given. In this hotel you can really only sleep, if you can sleep. Everything was very noisy. I can not recommend this hotel.

This Pension is very vintage and retro. You get a great Ambiente for a very small price. Everything was optimal and we enjoyed.

Cosy place, peaceful and really cheap for the average prices of Berlin. Nice breakfast included.

Do not go to this smelly awfull unpleasant hotel!

This is a small budget hotel very well located close to the center and to metro and bus stations . Rooms are big but very dated and there is a strong smell of curry in the hotel. Breakfast was good and adequate .

Took a room for 2 people (5 days) with separate bathroom and a breakfast. To be honest, for the price the service and accomodation were great! The room was clean, and quite large. The furniture was rather old, but again, perfectly serviceable. The breakfast was a sweddish buffet, and was good as well. The location is ~2 minutes walk from the nearest metro station. All in all, I can definately reccomend this hotel for short term trips to Berlin.

You can write a lot about this place 😁. I will start with pluses, a good price of 40 euros for a 2-bed room that breakfast. Breakfast quite good, served in the form of a Swedish table. The room has towels and a washbasin. Two separate beds. Clean bedding and towels, clean bathroom. Location right next to the metro station. In the area, a department store and Aldi store. MinusyĹ> yny smell in the entire facility. There are no fruits and vegetables for breakfast. Room without a bathroom - one bathroom for two rooms next to the corridor. Unfortunately, the corridor is quite cold, you are from a warm room and a thermal shock. Very soft mattresses on the beds ... I felt a bit like a waterbed. Old and worn out furniture. Reception and dining area at another entrance from the street. Generally it's more a hostel.
